Sam pulls the destination guides together from what our team has actually visited and what travellers tell us is worth the detour. Grew up between the Sunshine Coast and Adelaide; can argue for hours about which has the better beaches.

Jess writes the long-form pieces and tracks down the practical stuff travellers actually need — opening hours, road conditions, the unwritten rules locals know. Former remote-area nurse turned travel writer; still carries a snake-bite kit out of habit.
